Singapore Popiah (Spring Roll)

Middle tunip and carrot peel and slice, Large poh piah skin, vegetable oil, salt and light soya sauce.

Mix turnip , carrot , salt and light sauce all together, to assemble rolls place a spring roll wrapper on a clean working surface Place one heaping Tbsp of the filling on the wrapper. Fold the left and right sides of wrapper ver filling then left up the wide end nearest you and tuck it over top, put a bit of water on wrapper before you roll to the other end.

To fry spring rolls , place some oil in to the pan over medium heat till hot enough place spring rolls in oil to drain while you finish frying the rest become golden brown coulor.

Serve spring rolls while still hot with Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.
