Home Made Vietnam Spring Roll

Ingredients.

Rice paper (spring roll wrapper), finely chopped peanuts , lettuce chopped ,cooked noodles , large cooked shrimp peeled deveined /cut in half ,cooked crabstick and chilli sauce.

Directions.

Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one wrapper into the bowl for 2 - 5 second or untill soften. Lay wrapper flat, in a row across the centre place 2 shrimp, lettuce chopped , cooked noodles and cooked crabstick fold uncovered sides inward then tightly roll the wrapper.
In a small bowl mix the chillies sauce with finely chopped peanuts once ready you can serve spring roll with the sauce.

Salmon and potatoes salad

My dear cooked salmon and potatoes salad on last Sunday , it 's first time I had this dish
This is Bac'n Pieces made the taste more nicer , you can buy any supermarket
It's easy to cook , healthy food and yummy yummy! .





Home-made spaghetti

Ingredients:

1 medium-sized spaghette , 3- 4 tomatoes chopped, Prego spaghette sauce 250 ml, 1 or 2 pound big mushrooms chopped, 1/2 t each dried thyme and marjoram, crumbled1/4 green and red peppers sliced thin , 2 - 4 tbsp. vegetable oil .



Directions:

Cook spaghetti in boiling water for about 9 minutes. In a large skillet add vegetable oil follow with tomatoes wait untill tomatoes cooked

and add Prego spaghette sauce mix together add mushrooms , green and red peppers
thyme and marjoram after that will mix spaghetties with the sauce

Fried Fish Skin Tempura

This dish call fried fish skin tempura (Nuang Pla Tod, หนังปลาทอด) becuase made from fish's skins
I had tried with my friend in Chaing Mai Restaurant, they are served together with chilies paste .


The name of restaurant call Ban Suan (บ้านสวน) location 500 meters from Chiang Mai Airport .

Pad Thai (Thai Fried Noodles)

Pad Thai recipe (Thai Fried Noodles)
Ingredients
1/2 pack dried thin noodles ,3 - 5 Tbs. fish sauce ,3 Tbs. tamarind juice
3 - 5 Tbs. sugar, 5 - 8 Tbs. cooking oil ,5 - 8 fresh prawns ,2- 3 small onion (finely chopped ),
3 -5 Tbs. small dried shrimp , 2- 3 Tsp. ground dried red chillies, to desired hotness , 2 eggs
2 cups fresh bean sprouts ,1/2 cup garlic chives, cut into 1 inch ,1 lime cut into small wedges



Place a wok over high heat. Once hot, add cooking oil. Heat until it shimmers, then add the onion. until golden brown.


Add the eggs to the pan; once the eggs begin to set up, about 10 seconds


add the remaining ingredients in the following order and toss after each addition: noodles (maybe add some ofthe water) fish sauce, sugar , bean sprouts.

last one add garlic chives


Toss everything until heated through, but no longer than 1 to 2 minutes


Transfer to a serving dish. Serve immediately with the ground chillies and lime wedges
