Home Made Vietnam Spring Roll

Ingredients.

Rice paper (spring roll wrapper), finely chopped peanuts , lettuce chopped ,cooked noodles , large cooked shrimp peeled deveined /cut in half ,cooked crabstick and chilli sauce.

Directions.

Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one wrapper into the bowl for 2 - 5 second or untill soften. Lay wrapper flat, in a row across the centre place 2 shrimp, lettuce chopped , cooked noodles and cooked crabstick fold uncovered sides inward then tightly roll the wrapper.
In a small bowl mix the chillies sauce with finely chopped peanuts once ready you can serve spring roll with the sauce.
