I had tried fried sweet potato leave with sambal chilli and fews dish at Soup Restaurant (paragon outlet) but it's quite expensive ha ha... So in the end I found the way how to eat and save my pocket money !
Ingredients:
Sweet potato leaves, tremmed and washed
2-3 cloves of garlic chopped
2-3 talbespoons of sambal chilli
2-3 vegetables oil
Salt to taste ( a little bit)
Method:
Heat oil in wok when hot add garlic chopped until become gold colour then add the sweeth potato leaves follow salt, dish out and serves hot.
